Shipping Cost and Times
All orders are dispatched from Australia.
- Domestic Standard (Australia Post): 3-6 business days | Flat Rate $5 AUD
- Domestic Express (Australia Post): 2-3 business days | Flat Rate $20 AUD
- International: 7–14 business days (location dependant) | Rates calculated at checkout
- Dispatch time: within 1 business day of order placement
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their destination country
- Please check Australia Post Calculator for estimated delivery time/cost (delivery sent from Post code 2577)
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Please allow 48 hours after purchase for your tracking number to update.

Where do you ship from?
- All domestic and international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
- International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their local customs office
How can I track my order?
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details
I didn't receive a confirmation of my order?

My parcel went missing?
- We are unable to take responsibility for any lost parcels once they have left our warehouse, but we will assist in the tracking of items as best we can
Returns
We want you to love your sandals.
If something isn’t quite right; whether you need a different size or would like to swap for another style, we’re here to help with an exchange.
- Full-price items are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds or store credits for change of mind, so please choose thoughtfully
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
- Please ensure your item is unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the sandal box
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
- For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement
- Due to limited stock, all exchanges are conditional on availability

Orders and Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
- We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Please email contact@isahthelabel.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
What payment methods do you accept
- We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

- Please check your junk or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at contact@isahthelabel.com and we’ll be happy to resend it.
General Questions
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
- Selected styles are restocked in limited quantities. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
Do you offer gift cards?
- With such limited quantity in each collection, we'd hate for you to buy a Gift Card and us have run out. So we don't offer Gift Cards.
How can I contact customer care?
- Email contact@isahthelabel.com and our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
When is your next collection launching?

What materials do you use?
- Our sandals are handcrafted using genuine leather and suede. These natural materials soften and slightly stretch over time, forming to your foot for a personalised fit
Will my sandals stretch or change with wear?
- Yes, leather and suede naturally relax with wear. This is part of the beauty of genuine materials, allowing each pair to mould comfortably to you
Are ISAH sandals waterproof?
- We don’t recommend exposing your sandals to water. Leather and suede are natural materials and may mark or stiffen if wet
How do I care for my ISAH sandals?

Product Care
ISAH sandals is made with genuine leather and suede, designed to age beautifully over time.
To care for your pieces:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, humidity, or direct sunlight
- Use a leather or suede protector spray before first wear
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light
- Gently brush suede with a suede brush to revive texture
- Wipe smooth leather with a soft, damp cloth
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
Natural markings or variations in the leather are part of its character.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
- All ISAH sandals fit true to size. You can find conversions between EU, AU, US, and UK sizing in our Size Guide and on the product pages. If you’re between sizes or prefer a little extra room, we recommend sizing up

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

We ship from Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any import duties or taxes.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4. Product Information
We strive for accuracy in descriptions and imagery. As our products are made from genuine leather and suede, minor variations in tone or texture are natural and not considered faults.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — is owned by ISAH and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISAH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
